Aedon Like many of the native races of Limbo. The Aedon are a recreated version of another dying species from another world picked up during one of the earlier ' Shatterings'. In a sense this would mean that they aren't truly native to the world. Yet given the worlds odd composition. They are probably the closest thing to a 'native' race Limbo can get. So are classified as one. In appearance the Aedon look like a unusual mix of a Human and a Unicorn. Their height averaging anywhere between five foot, to six foot. Their distinguishing features include a horn. Protruding from their brow. Softly furred and expressive ears at either side of their head. A slender tail that holds a sweeping tuft of long fur at the end and occasionally another tuft a little further down. Their bodies are usually more slender and sleek, than bulky. Built more for speed than brawn. Giving them a graceful air about them when they walk. More often calm than anything. An Adeon's skin isn't furred, though often holds some sort of markings. More often than not these are stripes that are a color a few shades darker than their skin tone. As Aedon are effectively an offshoot race of the Unicorn. Their strengths lay in their magical abilities and are one of the five races that have their own ' Prophet of Limbo'* One rather unusual trait of this race, is their inability to lie. An Aedon is physically unable to tell a falsehood. Unlike most races of Limbo. Aedon tend to keep to themselves. While they are very considerate creatures. They make a habit of remaining hidden from the rest of those in Limbo. Making their homes in hard to reach and well hidden places in the mountain ranges. Most of them can be located to the west, though a few linger in the south. The species itself is actually separated into two breeds. Which are as follows. White Aedon: Are the more common breed of Aedon. These creatures are more pacifists who prefer diplomacy and reason over fightings and war. Because of this they are rather weak physically and known for their magical abilities and traits more than their fighting skills. These Aedon know little to no offensive magic as they abhor death and violence. Much like their Unicorn heritage suggests. They are rather innocent in that aspect. Yet this doesn't make them pure. For what they lack in fighting skill, they make up in cunning. While Aedon are unable to lie, this doesn't mean they always tell the truth either. The race has become rather good at twisting truths and avoiding questions when needed. This makes them quick and often smart. While this breed of Aedon are skilled in magic. Their abilities seem to be narrowed down to five specific types. - Healer - a rather common magical skill among the Aedon. Though not all have the ability to heal others, quite a few do hold the skill.
- Seer - A rather uncommon skill, most Aedon seers hold the ability to foretell things. While this is an uncommon trait, those who do have it are quite powerful with it. Unfortunately not all are able to translate their own visions and some visions can be quite exhausting.
- Storyteller - While this sounds more like a profession than a power. Aedon Storytellers tend to hold some rather unusual abilities. Storytellers are often imaginative and proficient with illusion magic. Which they use to show images of their tales. Unlike the Seer, this ability is more common, though often not very powerful or useful.
- Warden - Wardens are uncommon, but not rare. Their abilities revolve around making 'wards' and using symbol magic much like a wizard or a sorcerer might. Their powers are usually used to protect things and it isn't uncommon for a Warden to place protective wards about the homes of village they reside in. Wardens are more often than not play to role of guards in most Aedon villages.
- Prophet - This has to be the most rare of all magical classes for the Aedon. As only one Aedon can be a prophet at a time. Much like a Seer, their abilities revolve around visions. Though unlike them, they are less confusing. Visions for a Prophet can be tiring, but as most live for long lengths of time. Their body usually adjusts. In Aedon culture, a Prophet is trained only by the previous Prophet and their powers are not shown until they ascend to rank. Often this happens when the previous Prophet dies. They are picked by visions from the current Prophet. After that they are taken in and trained. The Prophet is probably the only Aedon that is prone to wandering the lands, and is highly respected by most.
The White Aedon are usually delicate in stature, more so than their counter parts the Black Aedon. As their name suggests they are usually pale in completion. Their skin can be tanned, but they are more prone to have creamy skin types. Their hair coloring can range between white to a very pale brown. In effect it isn't overly uncommon for the White Aedon to have rose colored eyes. Though other colors that can be seen are violet, blue, light green and silver. Black Aedon: Much like the White Aedon, the Black Aedon are gentle by nature and considerate. Yet unlike their counterparts. They are more accepting of violence. While they are far from a violent people, they do understand the need for it. The Black Aedon are considered more 'fighter' than passive magic users. Much like the White Aedon, they are unable to lie, and are just as skilled in twisting truths. Physically they aren't brawny, but they are stronger than most other Aedon's. Using their speed to their advantage in a fight. More often than not they are trained how to use a type of weapon which is usually ranged. Like a Bow or a long reached staff. Black Aedon are said to make excellent scouts because of their ability to move quickly and quietly. Physically, the Black Aedon are taller. Often over five foot five. Unlike the White Aedon who are more prone to being between Five foot, to Five foot six. True to their name, The Black Aedon are also darker in color. Holding more of a tanned complexion than their counter parts. Their stripes are often more smooth and sleek than the White Aedon's jaggard ones. The Black Aedon have less of a variety of hair colors though. Often only having black hair, or very dark brown. Eye colors are usually more sharp. Brown is a more common color, but it isn't unusual for then to have Gold, dark blue, deep purple or crimson. While the Black Aedon are just as skilled in magic as the White Aedon. They know more offensive magic than defensive. As a result of this there are less healers in their blood line and little to no seers. Their magic classes are usually more open ended, but can be narrowed down to six specific classes. - Elementist - More common than most classes. An Elementist is simply a magic user who's powers lay in controlling the elements. Most can only control one, but older and more powerful users can have more than one. The elements that are often used are, Water, Air, Fire and Earth. Those who are able to use more than one are known to work with Lightening, Ice, Metal and Forest.
- Summoner - Sounds more impressive than it actually is. While this class is more rare than most, it is also more limited due to the Aedon's true nature. As Aedon are pure in a sense, due to their unicorn heritage. They cannot summon anything that bares ill-intent. Like a demon or a crazed beast. Also, as Summon can only summon one or two things. Once they have picked them, they can only ever summon those things. More often than not, Summoners pick animals as their summon creature.
- Channeler - Also a reasonably common class. Channelers are known for their ability to draw energy from things about them. Usually this is the land itself as it takes more effort to draw power from living things. Channelers can be powerful or weak, it depends on the power source available to them at the time.
- Mirror Maker - Mirror Makers are rare and an unusual class. They are able to conjure images within a reflective surface, or mirror and reach in to draw the image out as a real thing. There are limits to this ability. For one, only highly gifted Mirror Makers can actually use water as a reflective surface. Due to the unreliable nature of water and how it ripples. Secondly, the item made must be small enough to exit the mirror it is conjured in. A small hand mirror will not be big enough to draw a sword from, for example. Lastly, all items created do not last forever. Usually lasting only ten minutes before dissipating back into energy. Anything longer becomes taxing to the caster.
- Weaver - Is actually more common in Female Aedon than Males. This ability allowed a person 'weave' magic like glowing threads. Use them as ropes or whips. It often depended on the creatively of the user. Yet it also took practice to do, more so than most of the other classes.
- Prophet - A Prophet among the Black Aedon is highly rare, as only two have ever been recorded. A Black Aedon Prophet is exactly the same as the White Aedon Prophet, the only exception is their ability to use more offensive magic.
Unfortunately, the Black Aedon where practically wiped out during a war. As the only fighters, they fought to protect their White Cousins and suffered a heavy blow because of it. To current knowledge there is only one Black Aedon left. * For more information on the prophets. Please go to the 'History' page

Inko No one really knows where the Inko originated or developed from. Though it one of the more playful and tamable races in Limbo. The Inko is a four legged creature that looks like some odd cross between a dog and a cat. Oddly enough it's personality seemed to be a meshed mess of the two as well. Coloring wise, they are usually brown and off cream colors. most bare markings such as spots and occasionally stripes. Though some are just one solid color. Inko's are rather large when fully grown. The females come to be about the size of a overly large wolf, and the Males can grow to be the size of a small pony. Though a pup's they are no bigger than a two week old kitten and are generally slow to grow compared to most wild animals. Yet they seem to make up for this in an odd ability. Inko's are able to change into inanimate objects when startled or scared. Some can change into animate ones, but not for long. The only disadvantage to this is that they can only change into something their size. For example and pup couldn't change into a piano, due to the size difference, and a adult couldn't change into a tennis ball. Either way, this can make them very hard to catch and not many people get to see a live Inko in their lifetime. While Inko's are rather docile and shy creatures, they do have the ability to fight and bare the usual physical weapons most wild animals would. They have retractable fangs, though they are not venomous, and their fangs are no sharper than a cat would be. They also have claws and large paws which make them good at climbing step rock faces when needed. Speed wise the females excel, but in strength the males win out. Like wolves and dogs, Inko's are pack animals and like to be in families. For this reason they can make good and loyal pets if one can get their hands on one. Unfortunately, they are also smart and don't take well to abuse. So if you are ever to try tame one, it is a good idea to get it young and befriend it. Given their intelligence, Inko's are prone to being curious in their younger years and like to explore and have a habit of picking up on quirks unique to them as individuals. They have excellent memories and are very affectionate, and those that are tame enjoy a good bout of petting and snuggly. Not only this, but they seem to comprehend common speech despite their inability to speak it, and though they are unable to talk. They are very expressive. While Inko's are very hard to catch or even see, they are more commonly found around the forest areas of Limbo. There have been more sitings of Inko's in the surrounding forests of Taboo and a few near the deserts in warmer climates. This may be a preference of the species, or it may be out of habit.

Deha The Deha is actually one of many races that are not Native too limbo. Yet they have been around for some time. Unlike most of the Races, Deha's are not neutral, nor are they friendly. In fact they are down right vicious and highly dangerous. Thankfully they are rare and rather hard to come by. Given their preference for dark places and their sensitivity to light. They generally stay in caves or well sheltered ruins away from populated areas. Leaving their nests only at night. Not only this, but Deha's are very territorial and solitary by nature. This behavior has resulted in their numbers dwindling. As most are more likely to kill each other than to mate. Despite their violent and predatory nature. Deha's are dangerously smart. While they lack nothing in strength, they prefer trickery to catch their prey. No one really knows why this is, but many suspect it is linked to their aversion to light. Deha's far prefer to lay in wait and lure their prey too them, or wait for them to stumble upon their nesting grounds much like a trapdoor spider might. Then to go out of the comfort of their sanctuary and prowl the nights for food. Physically, Deha's are ugly twisted things that look like the rotting corpse of a Naga. No one really knows if Deha's are undead, or if evolution had twisted their form to match their personality. From the waist down, they have the body of a large serpent with slick black or sooty gray scales. From the waist up, it is human. Or reasonably human. Their torso's often look like half decomposed corpses. Their flesh pulled taunt across bone like overstretched leather. Little to no muscle is usually seen on these creatures, though don't let that fool you. They are supernaturally strong. Their faces are over elongated and hollow. Noses flat and more like a small bump on their face with two serpentine slits. Their eyes are sunken and are more often than not, completely white with well developed cataracts. One specific physical trail of a Deha is their overly long arms with spindly claw-like fingers, and their sharp venomous fangs. Despite their dangerous looking appearance, Deha's don't often rely on their strength to catch their prey and are more prone to using magical abilities to lure them in. This actually makes them more dangerous as they can draw people in from a distance. Their most powerful abilities centering around a kind of hypnotic ability that is able to either paralyze or enthrall their prey. Keeping it still until it close enough to bite and paralyze it more effectively with it's venom. As their malnourished appearance would suggest. Deha's don't actually eat. They rely on magical energy to survive. Which they drain from their victims. Surprisingly Deha's don't feed on life energy, though they can if hungry enough. Much preferring live magic for some reason. Either way, the extraction is fatal and only a handful of people have ever survived a Deha attack. Most of these are left with mental scars in the form of fragmented sanity, or permanent memory loss similar to the later stages of Dementia. Fortunately for most, Deha's are blind and rely on their sense of smell and taste to locate their prey. In effect, most people with very little magic could easily be missed by a Deha, while others with more powerful abilities would no doubt be set upon swiftly as a food source. Also, while Deha's are hard to kill - a fact that further leads people to believe they are some form of undead - they are weak against most forms of bright light and are more likely to retreat into darker corners than attack when exposed to it. All in all. Deha's are dangerous creatures that should be avoided at all costs if at all possible.

Cloud Fish Cloud fish are exactly what their name suggests. Fish who 'swim' through clouds. Though they are so far only found in one specific place in Limbo. The Cloud Sea Surrounding the Club at the center of the known map. Cloud fish vary in breeds as much as normal fish would. Though the deeper you get towards the bottom of the foggy ocean, the bigger they get - and the more dangerous. Most cloud fish that skim the surface and shallower depths are reasonable in size and are often more likely to avoid you than attack you. In comparison the Fish at the bottom of the Cloud Sea, can reach the size of a decent sized whale, and are usually carnivorous. As no sound carries through the Cloud Sea, effectively muting noise to nothing. No one really knows how the schools of smaller cloud fish keep track of each other. Though some breeds seem to skim the surface more than most. Where the muting effects are lessened and the visibility is a little better. Yet how those deeper in the murky depths manage, is anyones guess. While very few people have ever gone into the Cloud Sea and seen what is in there. Very little is known. Yet there is a rough outline of the more common fish seen. - Flier Fish - These fish are probably the most visible during the day. True to their name, Flier Fish skim and jump up from the surface much like Flying Fish might. Often found in small groups of up to twenty, these silver scaled creatures tend to linger closer to the edges of the Cloud Sea than anywhere else.
- Bulb Fish - Are Reasonably harmless if not horribly annoying. Bulb Fish are small and carnivorous. Yet too small to cause fatal harm to most larger creatures. Though they do bite and can leave nasty marks. No one has ever been killed by a Bulb Fish. They tend to linger just below the surface where they cannot be seen from above. Generally no bigger than a fist, they have a bulb-like protrusion situated on their forehead, which casts a low yet steady glow. When inside of the Cloud Sea, they appear as small specks of flitting light. Unlike Flier Fish they do not group unless attracted by something. Such as food or a person.
- Musket Fish - Musket Fish earn their name form their odd Hunting behavior. These fish will hang around the cloud covered cliff face deeper into the Cloud Sea and hide in the rocky crevices collected small pebbles. Which they swallow and store until something happens to swim past. At that point they usually gulp down large sums of air to puff themselves up and spit the rock or pebble at their prey to either kill it or render it unconscious long enough to kill and eat. These fish are more long and slender, much like a Barracuda in size. While they can be harmful, they usually don't attack anything more than three times their size.
- Spindle Fish - A small yet cunning fish. The Spindle Fish is a small needle-like thing that looks more like a sliver of scaled wood than a fish. This Fish is harmless to most, but can be deadly to other cloud fish. The Spindle Fish doesn't actually feed on anything other than blood. To do this it holds itself very still and unnoticed until something swims past it. Then propels itself into the softer parts to latch on and feed. This Fish can go unnoticed for days, because of a natural chemical it excretes to numb the area it pins itself too. While this Chemical is harmless to larger creatures, it can be toxic to smaller things.
- Ether Fish - Probably one of the more graceful of fish, and also one of the most harmless. This fish is also known as the 'Ghost Fish'. Due to it's odd composition. The Ether Fish isn't actually flesh, it is compiled of energy and looks a lot like a Ray with three drifting tails. The Ether fish is commonly found in the deeper regions of the Cloud Sea and earns it's name for it's ability to 'float' through things while emitting a low ethereal glow, much like a Ghost. This fish is probably one of the more beautiful to watch, and also one of the more uncommon.
- Winter Fish - The Winter fish is always found in the darker colder parts of the Cloud Sea. This Fish is another school fish and only comes out at night. Much like the Ether Fish, this fish emits a soft glow, but it tiny in size. Which is where it earns it name. In large speckled groups, it looks more like falling snow in the dark. This Fish is suspected to be a bottom Feeder that trails other larger fish for scraps and leftovers to pick clean.
- Leviathans - True to their name. Leviathans are probably the largest fish in the Cloud Sea and very dangerous. Carnivorous, they feed on practically anything close enough to catch it's attention. Luckily this fish lingers at the very bottom of the Cloud Sea and is a solitary fish unless mating. These fish like the dark, so they can use the lights that dangle from a flesh-like whisker from between their eyes to attract prey.

Sky Fish These are huge sky-bourn creatures that look like fish and are used for air transportation across Limbo. Their depots are in the two main mountain ranges in Limbo, their spawning area is the Floating Lake, which remains tranquil until the young fish break through the surface with their newly developed air bladders and begin to float off. The young fish that float away from the lake fall prey to fisher tengu that catch them in nets and take them off to their mountain cities to feed their people. Baby skyfish are equipped with the power to emit a nasty electrical charge as protection (kind of like jellyfish). They also have a homing sense that will lead them to the depots where the adult skyfish and the skyfish tenders are located. Bands of tengu also plague the adult skyfish voyages as pirates and loot them or hijack them if they pass into their territory. Besides Tengu, dragons too feed on the immature skyfish, leaving thunderstorms and lightning in their wake. At the season of the skyfish spawning (between spring and summer), the adults emit sweet-smelling pheromones through oils on their skin. When they pass through clouds to make it rain during this time, the rain has a sweet flavor and a stickier substance. The water drops can harness light in small rainbow droplets as they fall to the ground. This type of rain also causes the plants in Limbo to grow sweet during this season as well. Anything that comes in contact with this sweet rain takes on a sweeter scent and a slicker/stickier feel. Skyfish live for hundreds of years and spawn twice every year during the wet seasons. The clouds and rain help conceal the movement of the adult skyfish and keep them safe from predators.

Dragons The most ancient of Limbo denizens, dragons are wise and crafty creatures, rarely seen by Limbo residents. They keep to themselves in dens and caves, and have been known to bury, shrink or enlarge themselves to fit a given space and hide away from those who would disturb them. As far as anyone knows. They don’t have any known predators and are at the top of Limbo’s food chain. They’re sentient, capable of communication and are said to have the answer to any question. While highly intelligent, very little is known about the dragons and their culture. As very few people have ever been able to find one let alone get close enough to hold a convocation with them. It is known that the Dragons are social creatures among their own kind, yet spend much of their time alone. While they do spend a good deal of their time by themselves once they leave their clutch, Dragons are very family orientated, and it isn't uncommon for them to gather once in a while to 'catch up'. Though Dragons seem capable of communication from distances, they continue to hold these reunions, if only for social reasons. Appearance wise, the Dragons of Limbo look much like those in Chinese myth. They are long sleek and slender, and often grow to be no taller than a horse when on all fours. Yet they can grow to be ten meters in length. This of course does not take into consideration their ability to warp space about themselves to change their size and shape. Unlike the more traditional style of dragon. They have no wings, and seem to slither through the air, following the air currents with a ethereal sort of grace. Long fleshy whiskers tendril out from their snouts, ranging from one set to three. Not only this but they have anywhere between one and two sets of horns that protrude from their crown and 'fins' flowing down their backs that help keep them steady in the air. Colorization is commonly red, yet on rare occasion they can also be black, silver or a golden sort of hue. Legend has it that those who seek a dragon for answers come by strange and unusual mishaps caused by the dragon to elude pursuers. One who escapes the dragon’s pitfalls and discovers its den, will be granted whatever treasure or answer he seeks within it. Treasure means nothing to dragons, but they will ask a price. Dragons do not dream and therefore prize the dreams of other creatures most highly. They will channel these dreams from the person through dream-catchers – small, nearly transparent creatures that can slip inside a dreamer’s mind and carry off their dreams like silk ribbon. A Dragons true treasure is his collection of dreams. While they prefer good dreams, they also value nightmares. Because of their inability to dream, they find great curiosity in nightmares. A sort of morbid fascination. No one knows why the dragons of Limbo cannot dream, even the dragon's themselves have spent many centuries trying to figure it out.

Dream Catcher Dream Catchers' have to be one of Limbo's more mysterious creatures. Very little is known about them. Other than what they do and where they are more commonly found. Looking much like some sort of floating jellyfish. Dream Catchers', much like a jellyfish, hold a transparent quality which makes them hard to spot at times. Usually growing to be no more than six inches in hight. Two thirds of which is made up of a collection of long floating tentacles. Their size coupled with their boneless body, making them very good at getting into tight spaces. Commonly found in dark places. Like caves and dense jungles. Dream Catchers' spend much of their time drifting about in the dark in large groups, known as Swarms. Though this is not the only quirk they hold. Dream Catchers' are well known for their glow. Which can be a mind blowing sight when large groups of them are in a cave. Casting a gentle glow to the otherwise dark area. Yet lone Dream Catchers' have also been mistaken as spirits by more superstitious individuals. No one knows why they do this, though some suspect it may have something to do with what they eat. Which is usually insects that are drawn in by their soft glow in dark places. So how did they gain their name? No one knows why, but Dream Catchers' have an unusual ability to collect dreams. Whatever reason they do this for, is a mystery. Yet it because of this unusual trait that attracts Dragons. More often than not Dragons and Dream Catchers' will live in a single habitat together in an odd sort of harmony. Which works out well for the Dream Catchers'. Due to the fact that they hold no obvious ability to defend themselves from predators, the Dragon's make a good form of protection. It is very common for Dragon's to look after large swarms of Dream Catchers' and keep them safe from hunters and predators. Meaning that most Swarms that live near Dragon colonies are more prosperous. Not to mention well hidden. Due to their unusual traits and rarity. Dream Catchers' are hunted for not only their abilities to collect dreams, but also as pets for those who hold an interest in collecting odd creatures. Fortunately for Dream Catchers' they are very hard to capture. As not only can they fly, they find it very easy to slip through the webbing of most nets. Even as passive and rather simple creatures. They are very cunning in the art of avoidance. More so the older ones.

Daemens Are ranked as one of the most dangerous creatures in Limbo and look much like large starved wolves in their physique. Often standing at an average of one meter high they are dark furred with a tough bone that covers their face. This creature is known for it's odd hunting skills. Rather than run down it's prey it has it do the hard work for it. How it does this is in it's howl. Daemens' have the ability to drive people to madness with their curdling bay. Often they will lay in wait, finding a hidden spot near groups of people. Then howl. Often the Daemens' do this in groups. The howl seems to inspire a sort of blood raged madness, that had people killing one another in a matter of minutes. Once everyone is dead, the Daemens will stop baying and go in to scavenge the battle field for food. Weakness: While a Daemens is highly dangerous, it's howl does not work on those already insane. Also, despite it's broad shoulders, it isn't very strong. Going more for speed than power more often than not. Usually only the Alpha of any pack is able to provide any sort of brute force. Also. Daemens' is sensitive to bright light. Because of this is is VERY rare to see one out in the peak of the day. Often they hide during the main parts of the day. Hunting either at night, or during the dimmer parts of early morning and late afternoon. Daemens are not tamable in any way. As they are far too feral and vicious to even catch let alone train. Most people who see a Daemen run at first sight, given the beasts nature to hunt from a distance, if you see one before it howls. You are considered highly lucky to even get a head start on it. Some people are said to have a natural immunity to Daemens. Though this is usually because they are already insane to a rather extreame degree

Nerians' Unlike most of the races of Limbo, the Nerians' did not originally live on land. No one is really sure when they became land dwelling creatures, but it was some time ago. As they now spend most of their time above the water than beneath it's surface. This of course does not mean that they prefer the land. As most Nerian's live in only one location in Limbo. A city that is actually build over the water, rather than on the mainland. This city is called Nereus and has been the home of the Nerian since their beginning in Limbo. All Nerian's live near water, and while most speculate why. It seems to be because, while they spend more time above water. They need water - or at least be close to it - to survive. Because of this it is very rare to see a Nerian in more inland areas, and the few that do live outside of their city. Seem to take to towns near lakes, rivers. or along the coasts. The Nerian have been around long enough to be considered one of Limbo's 'native' races. While they are not as old as the Aedon and some of the other creatures. Their history is older than most and that fact alone is enough to earn them the label. Appearance wise, the Nerian are rather feminine looking and beautiful and take great pride in their appearance. It is very rare to see an unattractive Nerian, and those that are, are usually looked upon with a sort of detachment but the rest of their race. They enjoy surrounding themselves with beauty and attractive things. It is this mentality that seems to have drawn them to the arts. All Nerian's appear to be gifted in some form of art - be it music, dancing, painting, or craftwork - and a great deal of effort it put into finding their callings. Once it is found they stick to it. Always striving to perfect it. Due to this the Nerian race has produced many amazing pieces of art and music, and have drawn people from all over Limbo to their city simple to sample their gifts. Yet while the Nerian's enjoy beauty for appearance sake, inner beauty isn't always something they seem to have. The Nerian race as a whole can be rather judgmental of those around them, seeing those who may be less gifted, or less attractive as beneath them. They are proud and sometimes vain and over confident. Very rarely do they leave the comfort of their city to experiance more of the world, and this can make them a little closed minded and ignorant on races that are not their own. On the other hand they do tend to take criticism when it comes to their chosen art. Enjoying any sort of input that could possibly help them Male Nerians' are often very hard to distinguish from the female of it's kind until it reached twenty, because of the Nerians' delicate build. Most Nerian's seem to hit puburty a lot later than most humans do. Looking all rather slender and asexual until they reach eighteen. This of course doesn't mean that they are weak. Their strength usually depends on their craft and how much physical work they do. So say, a dancer, would generally be stronger than a painter. Still Male Nerians' and Nerians' as a whole tend to be just a bit stronger than an average human. Generally they are not fighters, but this of course does not mean they are push overs. Most of the Nerian people knows some mild magick. The strength of their magick, of course, depends on how close to water they are. The larger the body of water they are near, the more energy they have. So a Nerian who lives near a river, will not be able to do as much magick as a Nerian who lives near the sea. This is why they have kept their main city over the water itself. When it comes to coloring, all Nerians' are pale skinned. Their flesh is often white with a colored tinge to it. These colors are usually blue shades, ranging from everything to common blue, to greenish shades of aqua. As for their eyes. These are usually solid black, blue or green. With no whites or obvious pupils. This genetic quirk has caused problems for them and has caused the development of visual impairments to be rather common in most Nerians' over the age of thirty. Yet for reasons unknown, this impairment only seems to effect them above water. As they have amazing vision under it. Finally hair coloring. This is much like their flesh. All Nerians have water-related hair tones. The more pure bred Nerians seem to have paler hair than most, while those with other blood in their background somewhere have darker shades. humans with Nerian blood usually end up having almost black hair with a blue hue to it. Other than that most Nerians' have a very human stature. With the aceptions of the Nobles. Whom more often than not have retractable claws and fangs. Wither this is because their genetics are purer, or because they often hold more magick than most? No one really knows. A not all Nobles have this trait. Though it does appear to be more common in males than Females. Beyond that it is anyones guess.
